This exciting role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced in display and video advertising with a track record of highly successful campaigns who wants to showcase their talent at a global level in a high growth environment.
The role will be focused on driving user growth for our Ding.com website and Ding mobile apps. The position will involve executing large scale marketing campaigns optimised towards customer lifetime value as part of a multi-channel marketing team. Delivering ads across multiple marketing channels, countries and languages simultaneously.
Here’s a sneak peak at what you can expect to be doing:
Develop and execute campaigns across Display & Video. Reporting to and supporting the Head of Acquisition.
Helping to develop and execute GTM plans to reach customers at different stages of the funnel.
Analyze performance, budget pacing and performance trend changes taking immediate action to maximise business impact.
Working closely with the in-house design team to develop eye catching and engaging creative that resonates with our users at every stage of the funnel.
Working closely with the Marketing Automation team to execute tests, launch large scale campaigns and maximize ROI
Facilitate knowledge sharing and increase the overall awareness of Display & Video within the business
Desired Experience and Skills
2-3 years marketing experience in a similar role
Experience working with large scale Display & Video accounts across GDN, Outbrain, YouTube and other global providers
Highly experienced with multi-channel campaign planning and optimization alongside tracking and attribution methodologies
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Experience scaling and creating processes to deliver results
Extensive experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio)
Experienced in budget ownership
Proven track record in executing Display and Video campaigns in high growth areas
In-depth experience using Dynamic Display ads, smart bidding strategies and audience insights
Experience using brand lift surveys to showcase performance
Nice to have
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience with the DV360 programmatic buying platform
Fluent, well-written English essential. Additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, French, German or Italian an advantage.
