Technical Pre-sales and Support Specialist
GemPool are working with a company based in Dublin 2. Their product is a security verification product for the financial industry. They are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales and Support Specialist to support the Commercial and Customer Experience Teams. The Specialist will work closely with the commercial team during sales processes to refine customer requirements, and propose the optimal integrations possible for them with the very flexible, and fast-to-integrate platform.
You will be defining the customers solutions during the sales process, and helping to guide them post-sale in any technical queries they may have for implementation. You will be ensuring smooth implementations of the system by supporting our customers.
You will support the team in responding to Requests For Proposal (RFPs) including extensive Information Security Questionnaires.
This job will also involve supporting the Customer Experience team to ensure fast and effective roll-outs and to help define and refine any customer issues and ensure that these are reported to increase the effectiveness of the technology team delivering fast and effective fixes.
You will be working in an ISO-27001 Information Security Management System environment.
- You will need 3 years working with Cloud-based solutions
- Strong knowledge and skills integrating APIs and SDKs
- Great documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly on multiple assignment
- Security-oriented approach to systems architecture
- Self motivated
- Strong understanding of GDPR
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Processes and Standards oriented mindset
- Strong love of problem solving
