GemPool are working with a innovative and growing Software company based in the West of Dublin. They have been providing computer software, hardware & support for over 25 years.
This role is for someone who can come in and assess all calls coming in, analyse them, and categorise them. The single aim is to improve the quality of the support service delivery.
This person will also line manager other resources within Support to ensure they are performing well.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, finance, or marketing.
- 5+ Years’ Experience Managing teams.
- Call Centre and Support experience.
- Experience in assessing, analysing, and categorising calls.
- Fluent English a must.
- Financial services background would be a plus.
