These positions involve delivering excellent customer service and installation support to our customers. Service Delivery – Scheduling Role
This role involves installation support to our crews and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Scheduling Wholesale, Business and Residential customer CPE installations & callouts
• Wholesale, Business and Residential Client Relationship management
• Ensuring that all customer SLA’s are met
• Scheduling for internal and contractor crews
• Dealing with cancellations and reschedules
• Install Acceptance for all scheduled jobs
• Maintaining crew schedule and daily admin duties
• Communicating with other department managers, supervisors and agents on daily issues
• Manage and strengthen customer relationships and resolve sometimes challenging/difficult customer situations
• Stock management and re-ordering
