Global Programme Delivery is responsible for the governance of all global program & project delivery within Delivery and Customer Enablement. Tasked with defining the project KPIs for Product Development and Solution Delivery KPIs, including tracking and reporting; with a focus on quality checks and end of project reviews. The team is also responsible for defining consistent delivery methodologies across the Delivery Hub, ensuring organisational awareness and adaptation of best practices are enforced. Prioritization of resources across Delivery Resource Hub enabling a more dynamic resourcing of global projects & ensuring visibility of activities. We are now looking to hire a Project Delivery Co-Ordinator to join our team on a permanent part time basis.
What is the expertise needed for this opportunity?
The ideal person for our team will be experienced in providing administrative support in a busy environment. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience (preferably Project Management), providing operational support. You will be conscientious and diligent in ensuring the accuracy of your work.
We would love it if: –
• Have experience working with project delivery teams to report on project status and KPIs to internal stakeholders.
• Previous SAP experience, advantageous
• Project Management Qualification or Training (PMI, PMP or equivalent)
The impact your role will have
The role of the Project Delivery Coordinator within the Global Program Delivery team is to take responsibility for the bi-weekly and Monthly reporting on global Projects status and resourcing; ensuring reports are accurate and delivered on time. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. You will also take accountability for the quality gating schedule for Solution Delivery projects; ensuring Program and Project delivery leads provide and keep the Gating timetable on track. You will work primarily on the resource and quality management elements of delivery projects however may be asked to help out in other areas of the Global Program Delivery remit.
The skills you bring to the team
• Above all else, you will have excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills and the ability to run multiple tasks at a given time;
• Strong evidence of being detailed oriented and methodical.
• Proven Microsoft Office experience, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills with exposure to SharePoint;
• Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English – written and verbal;
• A burning desire to ‘be your best’ and work in an environment where you can really have an impact.
