The story of Surecom Network Solutions begins in 2005. Founding director Jim Sheehan saw a gap in the market for an outsourced specialist telecom and IT solutions firm, built around strong engineering and live network experience. The company was founded on integrity, quality and reliability, with Jim at the helm, who understood the sector comprehensively.
Installation of all types of fixed and wireless network equipment as per clients specification and in accordance with quality and health & safety protocols
Installation of BTS and access radio equipment
Equipment – assembly, erection, positioning and labelling
Install telecommunications transmission equipment
Analysis of system faults
Decommissioning of old transmission equipment
Completion of appropriate process documentation
Deliver on program requirements as directed by Project Manager
Use the correct tools and equipment for the job and ensure that tools are kept in good condition
3 years minimum Telecommunications industry experience
Experience with Huawei/Ericsson/Eltek technologies is advantageous but not essential
Demonstrated skills in fault diagnosis
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, sound computing skills also required
Demonstrated knowledge of safe working practices
Adherence to company standards and operating practices at all times
Working at height certification
RF awareness certification
Current drivers licence
Computer Literacy – proficiency of MS office; Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Understanding of the importance for detail and organisation
Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities
